In need of a location that receives heavy traffic volumes, has access to more residents, and in need of updated facilities, Thomas DuBose and Associates was approached by Ten Star Enterprise and Paul Avery to develop a building that will house a relocated Scrambler Marie's Restaurant. With many site challenges and strict municipal regulations, Thomas DuBose & Associates provided the building owners with a good site to building ratio.
