Gary BrockmanMr. Brockman has over 40 years experience working for Architectural / Engineering firms of various sizes. Gary's broad experience has been gained in the Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Governmental sectors of the business. Gary's responsibilities at Thomas DuBose & Associates are to lead the architectural endeavors of the firm - managing the architectural group, client liaison, project management, programming, code review, schematic and preliminary design, detailing, budgeting, scheduling, estimating construction costs, specification writing, construction document production, coordination of all disciplines, overseeing the interior design effort, and construction administration.

He has held various positions of responsibility over his career including starting out at the bottom doing manual drafting; then to programming, code review, designing, detailing, feasibility studies; and advancing up the ladder to Project Architect, Project Manager, Partner doing coordination, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, specification writing, construction administration, and client liaison; and at one point Owner of his own firm.

Gary's strong points are in programming, site and facility master planning, preliminary and design development, construction documents including detailing and specifications, and construction administration. His experience also includes some specialized areas of design for the food industry including freezers, coolers, meat processing, baking, and humidity controlled rooms; computer chip manufacturing process; specialized laboratories; and clean rooms to a class P-10 and lower.
