The owners of this development came to Thomas DuBose & Associates seeking advice on the best possible way to maximize the use of this multi-acre site. Knowing that the owners wanted a clubhouse, townhomes, and apartment buildings, the project was developed and planned in phases. Phase 1 of the construction was completed in 2008. Phase 2 is still being developed.
