MONROE AND SKELLY RETAIL
Thomas DuBose & Associates provided preliminary design and construction documents for extensive renovations to an existing retail center. These drawings included a nearly 10,000 SF addition. Construction for this project required planning to allow for an existing tenant to remain operational. The final product is a remarkable building that lends itself well along the Monroe Street corridor.
