BRIARFIELD RETAIL PLANS
This 12,000 SF retail center is strategically placed along the Briarfield corridor in Maumee, Ohio. Surrounded by many restaurants, a grocery store, and much more, this building stands out on its own while complimenting the entire development. Featuring dark brick, this building was designed for a simple, modern appeal. Thomas DuBose & Associates provided preliminary design and final construction documents for the building.
